License Agreement and
Acceptable Use Policy

USE
You may use icons-icons.com images (icons, buttons, graphics, backgrounds and wallpaper) royalty free in your software, on your webpages, in your slide shows, in your printed material, and any other place where graphic content may be needed.
 
icons-icons.com items are licensed for use either by only one person per purchase (or per download of free items), or as a site license. If a company will have multiple people using the icons-icons.com images, then either a separate copy of the icons-icons.com images must be purchased (or downloaded, if free images) for each person using the images, or five single licenses may be purchased and will be considered a site license, for use by any number of developers that are located at one company site or up to 20 developers within the same company. Other site license agreements may be negotiated directly with icons-icons.com.
 
icons-icons.com grants each customer the right to use the images licensed or the free items downloaded, but ownership of the images remains with icons-icons.com. Each license or free download grants only a license for specific use, as outlined in this page, to the purchaser.
 
RESTRICTIONS
You may not sell or re-sell icons-icons.com images, distribute them or redistribute them for profit, or give them away as graphic files. They are to be used only as a graphic component of a project, such as in software, webpages, slideshows, brochures, etc.
 
You may not directly link to any single image on the icons-icons.com website from another website.
 
ALTERATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Alterations and modifications to icons-icons.com images are allowed, as long as they are minor and do not substantially alter the base image. If a substantial alteration is required, then you must purchase a custom item.
 
You may change the color of the icons, however, for best results, we recommend that you have icons-icons.com create a set for you in the whatever custom color you require. Custom color sets are reasonably priced. For more information, please see our custom page.
 
CREDITS
We would appreciate it if you listed icons-icons.com as the source of the appropriate graphic images in your project, however, it is not required.
 
EXCEPTION FOR CREDITS
If any alterations or modifications are made to any icons-icons.com images in a project, you must obtain permission from icons-icons.com before stating that the images came from icons-icons.com, or specifically list the images that you modified where you give icons-icons.com credit.
 
DISCLAIMER
icons-icons.com is not responsible for how the customer uses icons-icons.com images, or the projects they are used in.
 
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• the refund is requested in writing within 60 days of purchase
• the customer agrees not to use the refunded icons-icons.com images in any way, shape or form
• the customer agrees to delete all instances of the refunded icons-icons.com images from any magnetic media where the customer has stored them
